iRhythm is committed to conducting business lawfully and with integrity for the benefit of employees, the Company, customers and the patients we treat. iRhythm’s Ethics & Compliance Program reflects this commitment and the Company’s values. The Ethics & Compliance Program is built on the “Seven Elements of an Effective Compliance Program” as recognized by the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services. 

At iRhythm, these elements include:

  • Open Lines of Communication including an anonymous Ethics Line
  • Disciplinary Guidelines
  • Auditing and Monitoring
  • Prompt Response to Violations & Deficiencies

Providing guidance on common ethics and compliance issues, the Code of Conduct is the cornerstone of the Company’s Ethics & Compliance Program. 

If you are unable to find guidance on a specific situation in the Code, please speak with a member of the Ethics & Compliance Services Team or use the Ethics Line to explain the situation.

The Code also requires iRhythm and its affiliates to report suspected or known violations of laws, policies or the Code.

iRhythm uses a third party to manage its Ethics Line so that concerns can be reported and questions can be asked anonymously. The Ethics Line is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Ethics & Compliance Services Team may be contacted directly at compliance@irhythmtech.com. The Team will review and investigate all reported concerns. iRhythm also has a strict non-retaliation policy, which means anyone reporting a concern in good faith will not be the subject of retaliation.
