The Zio Monitoring Service: Tracking Your Heart to Detect Irregular Rhythms

Providing the data your doctor needs — from a simple, comfortable heart monitor patch.

Here's how it works

Your healthcare provider will prescribe the Zio monitoring service. The Zio patch will be applied to your chest during an office visit or sent to your home for self-application.
If you feel anything that you think might be unusual, press the top of the Zio patch. Then briefly describe it in the provided symptom log booklet or on the MyZio® mobile app.

After your prescribed wear time, simply remove the monitor and put your log booklet and monitor back in the same box it came in. Use the shipping service shown on your prepaid return label.
iRhythm will analyze your heart data and generate a clear and complete report for your doctor, who can then make a diagnosis and create a care plan

Log symptoms on your phone.

It’s easy with the MyZio mobile app.

The improved MyZio symptom tracking app will allow you to log your symptoms, receive timely notifications and get answers to your questions right at your fingertips.

Download the app today on iOS or Android.

Available in English and Spanish.

  1. Do not use Zio AT for patients with symptomatic episodes where variations in cardiac performance could result in immediate danger to the patient or when real-time or in-patient monitoring should be prescribed.

The Zio AT device is not intended for use in critical care patients because the reporting timeliness is not consistent with life-threatening arrhythmias such as ventricular fibrillation.  Refer to Zio AT Clinical Reference Manual for additional information.
