Excerpt from abstract:
Ambulatory rhythm monitoring for the detection of cardiac arrhythmias is standard practice in electrophysiology. Clinicians can select from a variety of different monitors including either patch-based monitoring units or those that include multi-electrodes. We sought to compare quality measures such as wear times and arrhythmia detection between a patch (Zio XT, iRhythm Technologies, Inc., San Francisco, CA) and three-electrode (Philips BioTelemetry, Malvern, PA) monitoring unit.
Let's talk.
